Welp, it's been awhile since I've updated my universal non-existent cyber-world on my life and happenings. SO, I give you my very special recent news about being home in the good ol' US of A with the fam.
Don't get me wrong, Italy was FANTASTIC but there's some things I love about Utah that Italy just doesn't have. Per esempio,
*Fresh salsa from the garden
*Family
*Large mountains and the backyard

*General attitude of possibility and robustness
*my amazing, oh-so-comfortable bed
*Food from other countries
*People understanding me without debating on grammatics of the past sense
*Friends
The things I will miss about Italy though are:
*Fresh mozzarella
*the Demontis Family
*lazing about on the beach all day in the sun
*PESTO!
*beautiful language
*gelato, its deliciousness and crazy flavors (Sabadas and biscotti!)
*fried zucchini flowers and eggplant (somehow the way I make it here just SUCKS compared to Antonella's and Segnora Mattana's)
Sidenote: over half my list is items of food! Gah...what does that say about me? I'm probably going to be very fat soon.
But seriously. I can't get fat just because I'm back in America now. Must...work...out!!!
