Today we went to the Shuk, or the Mahane Yehuda Market. Written in Hebrew it looks like this שוק מחנה יהודה. Cool eh?
Anyway it was so much fun! We (Jenny, Lani, Abbi, Kels, Stacey and I) took pictures, flirted with shopkeepers, and sampled goods. It was exciting to be in the hustle and bustle of the busy market. We bought pomegranate, huge steroid-looking-but-actually-natural strawberries, and delicious pita bread.

Then we took our stuff and found a little bench in this Jewish neighborhood across the street and had a picnic. I loved everything about it. Even the crazy feral cats that sunbathed around us while we ate.
