I feel really really blessed right now. We just got back from a Halloween party to find Emily's house RANSACKED and robbed. Everyone else in the house got stuff taken--phones, wallets, laptops, cameras, cash--everything! And everyone had something taken.
Except for me.
I can't even believe it...my computer was sitting right on the kitchen counter. They went through my backpack and saw my wallet and iPod that were in it but they just left them in there.
Emily's laptop (which was under the blankets on her top bunk) was taken and Erica, Giselle, Tori, and Kim had their laptops stolen too. Kim, Erica, and their boyfriends Nick and Matt had their phones stolen. Seriously, my stuff were the only things that weren't taken.
It's just crazy. We gave the whole report and everything to the police so I guess now we just have to wait and hope that things are recovered...Anyway someone was looking out for me.
